150's or 250's mh ??

Ok, I got my new tank. and need to choose my lighting. This is for a 20" tall tank with a 3" sand bed.
The Nem for this tank will be Haddoni's. I want the nem to do really well as far as lighting is concerned.
So can I do the 150's or do I really need the 250's. Due to hood height the lights will sit only an 1" or 2" of the water. Also will run t5's with this lighting.
Let me know from your experience which way you think I should go.

LED's all the way, they last longer, are cheaper in the long run, use less power, and create less heat.

Negative side.. they cost more upfront.

You'll be happier with the 250 and so will the nem granted you have a way of managing the heat.
