16" elegance and a 6" elegance touching?

Wow that's an awesome elegance. I just picked one up this past friday. Small little guy the base is about 3" long. Not really sure what a happy healthy one looked like really, but was wondering if you all could tell me if this guy is doing okay.

ive seen worse....hows it doing now?

If your talking about mine it's been doing this since a week after I got it!

For the past week my 16" elegance has gotten much worse! It's not opening up at all and is shedding of brown stuff!
Any ideas?
The smaller elegance seems to be doing great!

It looks like it's stomach is expelled but it's not coming from the mouths it's more drone the tentacles!

You should realy use frozen krill its realy better for them an for that big monster you can feed him silver sides. thay look real nice, you can leave them close together but leave them room for growth

p.s. sorry forgot if you use freezdryed let them sit in salt water . Think about it put your self in their place always try to feed and care for them as close what thay do an have in nature .Look at it this way what if something came along took you put you in a cage and feed you nothing but dried apples an dried food's you would live ya but how long an how healthy would you really be never mind happy

Think I killed both of these with to high mag. Levels!

Awwww Man!!!!!! Were you not able to change water and bring down the mag in time? I sue hope they pull through. Sorry I missed your earlier post.:sad2:

No they are dead and gone... I was fighting the dreaded algae so I boosted my mag to like 1800 to kill it off and I don't think they liked that.
