16'' sohal tang

a Sohal tang isn't going to kill any other reef safe community type fish. The only thing that would happen is due to his size, he would stress other fish and raise competition for food. That's the only way he would actually "kill" another fish. Unless it's a similar tang of the same species, then he might actually fight with it until it dies off.
Zebrosoma tangs (i.e. Yellow Tangs, Sailfin Tangs, Purple Tangs) will get along fine. But he is just too large for a community style reef tank. He will just stress other fish out. In my opinion, I'd get rid of him. You could sell him for a decent amount of $$. And use that money to get smaller fish for your reef. He will also cause you to have to feed the tank way more food, to make sure other fish actually eat. I think he will just be more of a burden if you want a community style reef tank. That's just my opinion.
But if you want to keep him, tangs in the Zebrosoma family will get along fine as well as most other reef fishes, damsels, clowns, gobies, anthias, etc. I have a small sohal in a community style reef tank, and he is the leader, but he is peaceful.

SO wrong. They will actually attack of fish. And do so frequently and regularly. From MUCH experience with large sohals. Especially ones that have been established in a tank.
Also, based off those pics, Nothing else should go in that tank. It is a big fish (im not sure about 16"), but the one piece of furniture, anything that goes in there is gonna die.

Seriously, no more tang in that tank. A pair of large maroon clowns will hold their own.

Looks like 6x2x2 going by the locline and magnet. Still a big tang but I'd say 12"

I agree with most here, no other fish in that tank. It won't end well. He could try a whole bunch of chromis or something similar and hope that the aggression is spread out enough that they'll be ok. Otherwise, 16" or not, I guarantee that is a big, mean fish and will try to kill anything in sight!

The tank is 75 gallons and the fish is 4".

lol And it's 'mini loc line', that's why it looks like a 6' tank.

That tank is a 220, based on his posts a Manhattan reefs, which I'm a member of as well. From the pics he posted on there that same tank had an eel, a grouper and something else in it, but NO shoal tang. You guys should check out that site, it is great for a laugh. So many guys on there with 2 months of experience that KNOW everything.
