175w MH DIY fixture for 30.00

I am following a thread over at nano-reef. There is a 175 w MH security light @ HD for 35.00. I was wondering if I could get some thoughts. I spoke to an electrical guy at HD and he said it would be easily wired into a plug.

The link doesn't lead to a MH light it is a mercury vapor or HPS.

Wrong link or wrong type of light.
