180 build help please

Im looking into purchasing a standard 180g tank. It doesnt have an overflow so I was looking for suggestions/pics of custom overfflows I can build. I drilled my 72 and 10g so I dont mind doing it to this one.

Any tips on drain size and best looking way to do it would be great.

I would have to refer you to the DIY section of this forum... there are current discussions of silent overflows (herbies). I think they would be able to help you out.
