Tank is running!! Plumbing is secure and no leaks. Can't believe it. This weekend we will get all the rest of the equipment in order, lights on and cleanup underway....
I have started the aquascaping last night....here is the beginning if you can see it well enough....sorry for the not so great pictures.....but I was excited to share.....

If she's not doing a sand bed, she sure bought a lot of really expensive sand for her girls' sand box at the EBay meeting :)

Awesome!

You may want to put some eggcrate on the bottom of the tank b4 you get all that rock & sand in the to add a cushion & some stability. Thats what I ended up doing. Its lookin good.

thanks for the advice about the egg crate but I used tonga rock to keep it off the bottom and I have the larger pieces supporting. Once the sand goes in, it helps to support the legs as well. I think we are ok....the rockwork so far very nice and open but pieces are tighter than they look....I still have to figure out how I am gonna put the rest of the rock in those areas I have done that have corals on them...so some of it might go in the sump that I have in the tank now if I replace with the larger coral rocks.....this is getting more fun!

oh ya forgot about that :) that does wokrk good I totaly forgot that we did that and I was the one that cut it for you.

Wow they say the memory is the first to go I wonder what was the next.
