180 vs. 220 Marineland Tank

Looking at establishing a FOWLR tank with a Marineland Reef Ready Tank. Either the 180 (72x24x24) or 220H (72x24x30) with corner overflows.

I saw a 220H and the depth of the tank at 30" has me a little concerned with daily upkeep. Any thoughts before I pull the trigger? Look forward to any thoughts on this.

Me i have a 180g right now its 72x24x24 and i am going to upgrade to a 72x30x24

I would go with a wider tank than taller any day.

What maintenance are you worried with on a FOWLR?

I think he's concerned about height, it's hard to reach down to the bottom of a 30" tank without getting wet up to your armpits.

Assuming this is a FOWLR tank, there shouldn't be much of a need to reach down that far.
