18gal, 2 percs, and what else???

I'm about to start stocking an 18 gal and my girlfriend wants a pair of perculas plus a couple other fish. In a tank of that volume, are other tank mates a good or bad idea? If it's possible, what tank mates? Maybe a pseudochromis? firefish? small goby? A little more experienced guidance would be much appreciated.

a six line wrass is always a colorful add. i would also go with different kind of shrimp gobies too.

I wouldn't put any other fish in an 18g. Two clowns will be more than plenty, especially as they grow. And, clowns are aggressive and in a small tank they will probably beat the crud out of anything else in there with them.

Agreed. Possibly a Goby, but that's about it.
