Like the title says.
My sump is 60x24x16 ,so it can handle a s$!t ton of flow. [no worries;)]
And for now the plan is to use a gate valve on 1 1in return. And the other is a 1 1/2 open return. [Herbie]

So Im trying to nail down my pump choices.

A link might help if someone has one. Thanks.

Rereading this I was not clear. I'm asking how much can i get down a 1in full siphon drain.

There are some variables,but 1 inch- Sch40 with a 12 inch drop is roughly 1250 gph

Thank you. Except I use the thin wall 1in pipe ,it is noticeably larger inside diameter. And variables are few because its pretty much a straight drop ,then the gate valve and then flex pipe into the sump.

Check beanimal homepage. He has a siphon flow caculator.

Thank you as well. I did find one there. And it says with 4ft drop it is just over 1700 gph.
^^^ Way more than i plan to use. My decision was down to the
Water Blaster 5000 or can I do the 7000 for 20$ more.

Wooot :bounce2::bounce3: looks like a WB 7000
PS. I need to start asking these question in a build thread.:idea:
