yeah its a pretty slim powerful light. time will tell how it will do with the corals. but i think 1 light will do for what i want in this tank. even thinking about another one for my 20L Macro tank..haha
Oh and if you folks are wonder about the 29H to the right that gonna be my ATO res.

I have two 48'' BML strips. One is full spectrum NON XB light and one Super Actinic light. I am very happy with the lights. I have mix tank with LPS SPS and Softies and everything is growing very well. I just made an order for their 20K MC XB series and will be replacing my custom full spectrum light (around 14K).

Hey guys another set back on getting it wet. found out today that my RODI canister cartages where cracked and needed all new filters so pretty much a new unit so I spend a few hours reading, researching and shopping and ended up get a new unit. they should be shipping it out on monday or tues. so yeah another week...ugggg but totally my fault for not inspecting it sooner should have been on it. but with all the lighting drilling and other plaining I guess i forgot or was just hoping it was all good. guess that what happens when to store it for 1.5 years...
Bummer. Hang on to it for spare parts/backup.
Was it just the canisters that the carbon and prefilters go in that cracked? replacements can be had pretty cheap.

yeah it was 2 canisters + needed all new filters from pre filters to RO and DI.
found a pretty good deal @ specturpure so I went ahead and ordered it. will keep the 1st as a spare.
glad I could help. wis I could have given you more pics with water and rock in it tho..I will be doing more reviews once I get life in my tank.

I have 2 72" 20K MC as supplemental lighting over my 150 gallon tank. I own a PAR meter so instead of guessing I put both on the tank, one in front angled back and one in back angled forward.
Tank is 27" deep, AND I run with glass lids. Apogee Meter, electric mode.
That's just two of these fixtures on a tall tank, but 100% full all channels which I don't like (prefer 100B, 75W). I would put 3 of these over a 40B SPS tank IMO.
