2 chamber Calcium Reactor question

I bought a 2nd chamber for my MRC CR and was wondering if the flow should go from the bottom to the top of the 2nd chamber or vice versa. Or is there no difference?

I don't have the same reactor, but I have a dual chamber reactor and in the second chamber the flow goes from bottom to top. I don't really think it matters all that much though as long as nothing gets clogged.
