One clam that died is a crocea that was in my tank for at least 10 months. It just shriveled up in its shell over night and died. No signs of pm. The other was a crocea i have had for about two months. The same thing happened to it. There are two other clams in the tank a crocea and a derasa they appear to be fine. Help!!!

can you list your livestocks, lighting and can you also translate your alkalinity to dkh, i'm not familiar with 180, is that a ppm measurement?

sorry alk is 10
fish tricolor anthias 2 maroon clowns flame angel and 2 yellow watchman gobies I have never seen a single fish go near the clams

i suspect the flame angel is to blame. have you done anything new to the tank? livestockwise, additives, equipment, etc. (assuming all other things have been the same)

What iis the distance from the clams to the light. T5 are only good for 24" and probably about 12" for clams and high light SPS (IMO)

i had 10 clams in my tank.. bought one and poof...2 weeks later they were all gone...
