Very exciting day my little clown fish went into my green carpet anemone and the other little bigger [ and i have had it longer] clown fish watched for half the day and then in it went. Now the little one is just outside the anomone and the bigger one will not come out!!!. OK these are the questions i have

1/ will they both go into the same anomone

2/ should i get another anomone for the little guy

3/will they become a mated pair

I actually got these clown fish at different times from of all places Petco they were the only store that had baby tank raised clown
fish and the one that went in first was the smallest of the fish they had and I was told not much chance of them hostng an anemone.

I must say it is so much fun to watch.
Thanks for any answere to my questons

Not to alarm you but that is an S. Gigantea. One of the hardest anemone to keep if not the hardest. It requires high flow and intense lighting. If this is a newly acquire anemone for the tank. Please read more about their requirement.
From the picture you posted, it looks healthy.

Of course that would be my luck I have had it about a month and it is eating very well and has settled it self in the sand bed i was told it was a carpet and it does look like one to my untrained eyes i only have a 25 gllon cube with 150 HI light good water flow.
