2 frags of red planet from different sources can the touch?

I've always wondered this but say u get 2 corals that are the same species but from different colony's can the coexist or touch or will they battle it prob depends on the kind of coral I have 2 red planet frags from different people and wanted them to be next to each other but not sure?

as long as the 2 corals are from the same mother colony. they will grow togather.

IF they are both legit ORA red planet than they shoud grow together and be indistinguishable from each other. ORA kept a super large mother and all frags sourced from them shoud be the exact same.
