Are they nipping at Acros? I had a yellow clown goby a few years ago that would sit in my Acros all day and terrorize them. One morning I got up really early before the lights were on and put on my kids head light, which happen to have a red LED(fish don't see red), I scooped the net in and out he went. Never even put up a fight.

Yes that is the issue. Not sure they are nipping but limited acro polyp extension. Now they see me coming. ARG

If you catch them I'll take them. I love gobies and the wife would love the naked clown look.
