I have a Ciliated Mantis and a Philippine Mantis in a 30g. Last night while I was observing the tank I saw the Ciliated scooting around with a freshly killed crab, trying to drag the thing back towards his den. The Philippine was closely trailing and made 3 attempts at taking the crab from the Ciliated! There were 4 mantis in the tank, and when I checked Monday there were just the two mentioned left. I was surprised I didn't get to see a fight, actually wanted to, but oh well. Has anyone else seen this kind of behavior?
