2 month old Streams Nano 6055 - Clicking noise

Roger,

I recently bought two Nano 6055 and controlling them with a Tunze controller. one of the older models. The box said they are the New Generation Alloy shaft models.

The streams seem to spin every 20 seconds or so I guess to keep them running well. One of the units is now making a loud clicking noise when it cycles.

Can you provide some guidance as to how to fix this?

Try swapping drive units between the two pumps and see if it follows the drive unit.
