2 part baking soda question

Using recipe 1 I've baked the baking soda. So When using the BRS calculator which product do I choose? Sodium Bicarbonate Crystals or 2 Part Alkalinity (soda ash)? I think it seems obvious I'd choose the 2 part but don't want to overdose. Theres a big difference between the two in how much to use. thanks

On the BRS calculator use the soda ash version.

The soda ash version should be more accurate. It's probably most accurate to measure the baking soda before baking, but the soda ash line from BRS likely is fine.
