2 part manual dosing question

125g system, currently dosing 60mls of each..
I'm manually dosing brs 2 part receipe 1 solutions. In the evening I slowly dump my alk into the sump right by the return pump. And it quickly gets pumped up into the tank and is aimed towards the powerheads.
Then I manually do my top off with RO/DI water
Then when it looks like the water is clear, maybe a minute or two then I add my calcium the same way in the sump.
Is this an ok practice, or should I dose the alk and calcium at different times in the day?? I don't see anything precipitating, but some of my sand is clumping together, and I mix up the ~1/2'' sandbed every couple days.

Thats the way I do it. Just after the Alk has cleared, then the Calc.

I was told it is best to dose at different times of the day. I dose at the same time but I drip the ALK diluted with RO water in to my sump. I slowly pour the CAL in the display.

I put mine in within two minutes of each other. Never had a problem.

If you dose manually dose directly in the tank in front of power heads to disapate. Alk first then follow by calcium.
