2 Tanks and recommendations?

I've got a 40g breeder tank and a 75g aga. They are both mixed reef.

I'm thinking of putting 1 turbelle 7200 electronic w/single controller and possible addition of another 7200 in the 40g. Is this going to be enough flow. From what I understand the single controller can make waves. Does it pulse as well? Will this be enough flow?

Now the 75g I was thinking of a turbelle stream 6000 w/multi controller for possible addtion of a 2nd 6000. Will 1 6000 be enough flow for a 75G?

I'm trying not to break the bank here between to the two tanks and is why I want to start out with 1 pump for each tank.

The 40gallon will probably not require a second pump, if anything I would just get a 7400/2 instead though you can upgrade a 7200/2 into a 7400/2 for about $70. The single controller does pulse, that is all it does actually.

I think this is a good plan on both counts.
