2 week old Gen2 belly up

I bought a Gen2 Vortech a couple of weeks ago, worked flawlessly until July 4th. Right before leaving for the night, I saw the wetside start to move around, then the vibration and it falls off the acrylic. Now the wetside frame is loose, and wont stay on, and when I try to turn the prop, it seems really tight, tried loosening up the nut, but it still is snug. I've tried to line it up and run the pump, but I believe that the prop/shaft is binding, which of course throws off the balance of the pump, and makes it fail. The dry side starts to jump around its location each time I try to line up the pumps. My tank has 3/4" acrylic. Any help is appreciated.

Sounds like something broke within the wet side assembly. If possible, please disassemble the wet side into all of it's components and take a picture of them laid out on a table. We will probably be able to identify what is wrong with it and send the new parts right away. Use service@ecotechmarine.com to send the pics.

I emailed support, and have already sent it out to Icecap, there is a chance I can retrieve the package, since I left it at the FedEx/Kinkos. I just sent the wetside.
