2 x 4 fluorescents lay in used free

I am taking out 240 2x4ft fluorescent fixtures post here if you need some. They are the office type, will probably deliver if theres an estimate I am doing close to you. Post quantity's if you really need this stuff.

I need a new light for my garage. Are they the surface mount ones or the kind for the drop ceiling? IS it the light fixture or the bulb?

the ones you drop in the ceiling, you can build a box around the light
