2 x wavebox and 2 controller in 180 gal tank ?

I have a wave box in my tank right now and I love it. I also just bought a used wavebox with controller set up ( not the extension .)

I want to put one wavebox at each end of the tank, but one in the front side and the other is in the back side of the tank. Each set will have it own controller, I want to know would this set up still work or do I need to hook both up in one controller ?

Your input and help is greatly appreciated.

I would just use one controller which you will open and change the jumper setting to inverse so you can have one on each side.
