Will 2 yellow gobies typically show aggression towards each other ?
about 2 months ago, I moved and relocated my fish (which included one, 7 year old yellow goby) into another eastablished tank (55 gallon with a 2-3 year old yellow goby). After a week of both yellow gobys living in the same tank, they started fighting here and there and after a couple weeks, my goby has since disappeared. It seems they were both quite territorial.
At one point while both gobies were still visable in the tank, they were locked mouth to mouth trying to bite each others head off. After that, both survived, and they went seperate ways. But now, about 5-6 weeks later, the 7 year old wasn't been anywhere to be seen for abot a month now. The 2-3 year old is alive and well for certain.
