WoW!! Did I screw up. I just bought a new little cleaner shrimp and within 10 min. my gama ate it. Talking about upset! Is this normal or do I just need to get a large shrimp next time. Heck I could have bought a nice lobster and ate that for dinner. Lucky fish.

Yeah, but 3 times in a row??!!
And what ticks me is I had a naso w/ that same nem for 7 years before that w/ no probs, loved that guy, lost to a heater failure.

well i am pretty sure it is. It is i think a skunk face gama. yellow with a pink stripe on his back going from his tail to the nose

i added a cleaner about 5 days ago saw him for the first hour and havent seen him again im thinking my magenta dottyback may have found a tasty little dinner is it possible thats what happoned

Most dottybacks are nasty mean, so yes, that would be my guess on Zreefs.

Thank you. I was very shocked when I was looking for the cleaner and then saw long feelers hanging out of his mouth. Heck I am yet to eat a shrimp that cost that much!!! Live and learn just sucks for the shrimp. I need to pay more attention to purchases for now on. Lesson learned.
