It has been some time since I posted. I have become unable to keep my tank and would like to sell it (locally if possible)

Please be reasonable. I want to get rid of this, but Im not selling the tank for 100 bucks.

Its a 34.6g Glass cages custom tank and stand
20x20x20 with 1/2" starfire glass on three sides
Rimless, no false back. ( I am running with just circulation pumps, no filters
Stand : 37" tall, with casters its 2.5" taller (you can remove wheels if you want)
tank countersinks into stand by 2" exposing only the top of the sandbed. (2" sandbed)
Oak. It has a light clear coat on the wood, no shine
