200 Gallon Reef Aquarium Design & Build

I just picked up a used 200 gallon acrylic aquarium. It was originally used as a freshwater tank with what i believe is a 50-60 gallon sump. Ive cleaned everything out and modified the plumbing somewhat. Ive only got the basics and came on here to seek advice and open up discussion with experienced large aquarium keepers. I plan to keep this tank mostly coral species and minimal fish stock. I also plan to incorporate a refugium in the lower sump.
Currently i only have;

200gallon Display Aquarium
60gallon Sump Tank
20gallon Quarantine/Frag Tank
Magdrive sump pump
2x T8 Tube fixtures

Im looking for suggestions in which pieces of equipment i need to establish a new reef tank, and overall for the aquarium to mature. Ive read a couple books and done basic research.
I do understand and intend to spend a good investment on equipment and would rather buy the right equipment in the beginning, in hopes of avoiding problems down the line.

Ive been recommended and am considering picking up these items for the tank. I may list things i dont neccessarily need, or may be missing items that are needed... Id like constructive criticism and guidance in a reasonable direction to establish a beautiful thriving reef.
Heres what ive been looking to order;

Protein Skimmer
RO/DI
3x LED lamps
Calcium Reactor
Co2 reg & tank
UV filter
Live rock
Live sand
Vortex Wavemaker
2x heaters

-I didnt plan on running a chiller since i have a smaller home that we can run the AC daily and if im using LEDs, im hoping i wont need a chiller to neutrilize the normal heat build up put off by traditional HID lighting.

I have a 20gal quarantine/frag tank that i need to figure out equipment and lighting for as well. I plan the run the 2x existing T5 flouro tubes to grow macro algae in the refugium. The 3x LEDs will be primary lighting for the display tank. I was told i dont exactly need a protein skimmer conisdering i want to use biological filtration via refugium, and wont be stocking large amounts of fish. But i want to consider running a skimmer to help filter the tank. I want to use the large vortex wavemaker, which i understand to be a superior wavemaker, and you only need one rather then two more basic wavemaker models. I plan to use two regular heaters, both in the sump, one as a back up in case the other fails. Im interested in stocking stony corals and understand they need a high calcium supplement; and im looking at using a reactor. And i believe you need a co2 hook up for that system. Id like some more info on this setup.

I will upload some aquarium photos when i get to my computer.

Thanks for the help guys.
