200 gallon tanks

So who wants to go in on 4 200 gallon tanks? they are $400 each, 2 for $700, or all 4 for $1200, 8ftx25inx25in,,,,which I calculate is actually 254 gallons..?....2 of them have built in overflows.

Maybe--- I have a few questions. Are they glass or acrylic? New or used? Does that include shipping?

Glass, used, they are local to abq, at fins and critters

GF is trying to talk me out of it.,..cause, well, its really big...If one other person wants to get one it would be $350, cant pass that up. Where would I put it? who cares.....

I would be willing to rent a uhaul to move them......

Yeah, way too big for me too, but almost too hard to pss up. Was at SWReef looking at a 120 for the same price.

Yeah those are standard 240's ..Robert (Hanauma Bay) must be getting rid of tanks again...Unless they are the store tanks..full of silicate sand huh?

If you get them rinse them really well from what I remember they use silicate sand as substrate..they usually have diatoms in their tanks..

Well, you might want to go check them out first. I took a closer look today. They have been using them for iguanas for a couple of months. They are a bit scratched up on the fronts, at least the two with overflows. It's a great deal for a huge tank, but do I really want to buy it, move it,build a cabinet to support it, upgrade equipt to handle it and then be disappointed by the scratches?
