200g Stocking help/ ideas

I recently upgraded from a 120L to a beautiful 96x24x20 200g. The new tank is open topped. 150lbs of Pukani LR, could add more.. wanted some "Openess". 2-3" mixed consistancy sandbed. 75g converted into sump/ fuge. Plan on housing SPS, LPS, some Zoas and a few clams. I sold off some of my fish and housed some in a 55g and my RSM temporaily. I've held onto:
Purple Tang
Regal Tang
Fang Blenny
Mandarin (female)
Coral Beauty
Flame Angel (Not a nipper.... yet)
Lone Black Clown

Nothing has been added to the 200 yet. This is the time to do some serious considerations BEFORE adding fish and in which order. Fish I'm considering:

Another Tang or 2.. Naso, Yellow.. Powder Blue? Add Tangs at the same time.
Blue Spot Jawfish.. should be very first fish added?
Flame Hawk
Another Black Clown to pair with
Colorful Dottyback
School of Blue Reef Chromis..or Anthias 5 or 7

I do like my inverts.. but will be staying away from Nems. Any thoughts?

Open tank Jawfish and most other fish will jump. That is a definite no go!

If you are dead set on the open top, it will really limit your fish options.

If I were you I would pair your flame angel and coral beauty angels. I would also pair the mandarin and clownfish. I would then add to your fang blenny so you have a harem of those. After that I would look into your butterflyfish options (copperband, pyramid, yellow long nose, tinkeri, declivis, etc.) pyramid would be the safest and you could get a few.

I am not a big tang fan, but I know lots of people are so I probably wouldn't add more tangs, but you could. I would look into Genicanthus angels for a show piece fish.

If you are willing to cover you tank, I'd look into a big school of a smaller anthias species and some cardinalfish.

I would stay away from a neon dottyback. They are a bully. Any fish that get added he harasses. I have one in my tank and can't get him out. I have a 200 gal as well w/ plenty of rocks. Ifyou do decide to add one do it towards the end of stocking.

A few thoughts, most of the dottybacks will get quite aggressive even in a big tank. I did have a group of sankeys that were very mellow but you will need to choose wisely with pseudos. The jawfish wont make it in this tank, covered or not, just too busy of a tank IMO. They stress easily and will likely waste away. I dont think you have nearly enough tank for a naso but a smaller third tang shouldn't be a problem, the PB is from a different genus than the purple and regal and should be able to stand up to the other two. Another clown would be good as well. I have never had good luck with a group of chromis and always end up with a mated pair and a string of dead chromis. Anthias are nice but need to be fed frequently and add a decent amout of bioload to the system.
