20g Long Lighting Question

Hey, I'm in the process of setting up a 20g long tank. What do you think of these lights. Will they be a good fit for this tank? Strong enough? What corals would i be able to keep?
Please offer advice....


4 x 24watt T5 HO Retrofit Kit (2 Actinic bulbs, 2 10,000K bulbs)

they will be plenty and you could keep anything you want i use the same on a 29 with sps all over...becareful with softies though, right under the lights might melt them being as a 20l is only 12" high
