20g mantis tank

i have become so interested in mantis shrimp while i was surfing this forum, that i decided to transform an empty 20 gallon tank in my garage into a mantis tank. im getting live sand and rock this week for my nano, and will be sparing some to this project,but what else will i need for it?(i mean everything, all i have is tank rock sand). also is there a good site to get a mantis off of, or should i just wait for my lfs?

Heater, HOB filter, and an extra power head or so. You can stuff the HOB with extra LR rubble.

i got a freshwater heater and filter from when it was a fresh tank...i dont suppose those would work...?
p.s. no thanks on the light, im getting one from my friend.

Yea, just give the filter a through rinceing and new pads, or if its got some room to it then stuff it with small LR rubble.
