20L lighting?

what would be good? I'm looking to house softs, leather, shrooms, zoas, xenia, etc? Hard corals prefer more lighting than there counter pparts right?
Since its such a shallow tank, I was thinking 130 watts should cover it all around. How does that sound? any insight would be appreciated.

That will be fine, I had a similar fixture on a 20L when I first started out.

One thing about the coralife PC fixtures, they heat up like the sun. I had a mini 18 Watt one for my refugium; the damn thing was HOT to the touch. You'd be better off buying a Current orbit PC fixture, which is comparably priced and a bit nicer. Or better yet you might look into getting a 24" T5 fixture or retrofit. 130W PC lighting should be good enough for what you are interested in keeping however. Hard corals do generally require more light than soft corals, especially SPS.

I agree, I always liked the Current Dual Satellite fixtures. They stay nice and cool and will give you the 130 watts you are looking for. If you want to upgrade from the softies to lps or sps, Check out the Current Sunpod HQI.
