210 Gallon Tank- 2 6100 with single controllers

In a 210 gallon tank, I am considering 2 6100 with single controllers. Would I be better off with a 7095 multi controller & why. Does the multi come with photocell built in?

If I buy a 6100 without a contoller now, can I adjust the flow speed?

I am confused.

You can adjust speed without the controllers. The cost of two single controllers with tw photocells is not so much less expensive that i could justify the savings. The 7095 has a built in photocell. The single contoller only has pulse mode. The multicontroller has pulse, interval I, interval II and sequential modes. It just can do much more than the single controller.
