210 Setup for Sale

The wife and I are expecting our first child this summer and its time to downsize to a smaller tank. I have a nice 210 BB system that I would love to sell all in one shot if someone was interested.

210 AGARR with the nice AGA oak stand and hood.
Approx. 200-250lbs cooked live rock.
Reeflo Orca 250 skimmer w/ extra overflow cup and auto shutoff.
Reeflo Hammerhead return pump
100gal Rubermaid Stock tank (sump)
4 Tunze streams and multicontroller. 2x6201 1x6100 1x6000
3x250 MH ballasts, lights and reflectors. 2 are icecap the other one is Coralvue
Schuran Jetstream calcium reactor and CO2 system
Tunze osmolator auto top off system
Spectrapure MAXCAP 90gpd RO system w/booster pump.

Thats the highlights, the tank is currently up and running with livestock in it. Asking $3000.00 for the whole deal. If no one is interested I will make a more detailed list with individul prices and part it out.
