Hello, my name is Jon.. And I'm a reefaholic... Well after being into aquariums and forums for almost a decade, I figure this upgrade I would try this build thread thing.... Have gone from a 55g tona 75g to a 120g and now to 210g..We bought a new house about 2.5 years ago and within 3months bought a 210g for an upgrade.. I have slowly been accumulating things and reading and planning... I want to make this as maintenance friendly as I can.. I am going to try to be good about updating and I hope to get some good advice from my fellow refers..

This tank is in my "rec room" down stairs and will be set up as a peninsula.. I'm planning on having a minimalist approach to rock scaping and keeping a lot of rock in the sump.. The plan is led lighting and I have 4x tunze 6101 I will be using for flow..
Equipment:
210g aga (back wall overflows removed)
75g sump
30g cube plumbed in for unfriendly things
Sro 5000sss skimmer
4x tunze 6101
Rio hf32 return (open to different pump)
LEDs..... Not sure which way I'm going yet)

Right now, I am tearing up the carpet I destroyed with my 120g and many ato overflows.. Tiles are being delivered tomorrow and then it's smooth sailing... I hope...

i just bought acans that were on sale 3 18" i couldn't build them for the price $1400 delivered double blue.. make my MH look like hangin trouble lights. i had to turn the down to 50% and work up 10% every 4 days so I didn't bleach everything.

Good luck & smooth sailing on the build. I am looking forward to this thread; I have a 120 up and have a 210 waiting in the garage which I will be upgrading to in the near future~
