I am in the process of stocking my new 220. It is packed with live Florida rock, some live plants and some polyps, mushrooms, zoes and a few acro frags. My lighting is a 72 inch Aquatinics with 14 39watt T5 Bulbs. To date, I have been carefully guided by research I have done here via my fellow reefers. Currently , I have the following fish and wanted to share the selection with you as all are doing well and peacefully co-exist(at least at the moment) with each other. The order I list them is the exact order they were added to the tank.
1 Rock Beauty
3 Percula Clowns
1 Pygmy Angel(Cygri)
1 Royal Gamma
1 Purple Psuedo
1 Red Scotter Blenny
1 Algae Blenny
1 Hawaian Flame Angel
1 Nox Angel( Centropyge, jet black)
2 Male Lyretail Anthias
2 Female Lyretail Anthias
1 Diamond Watchman Goby
1 Red Sea Purple Tang
1 Coral Beauty
The RB and Tang squared off upon the first encounter with the RB showing quite the dominant trait despite the Tang being much larger. They are now the best of buddies. The RB is a spectacular fish with a fabulous personality and perhaps my favorite as it is quite animated. The Tang is an extremely great specimen and is quite large with beautiful coloration. All of them get along just great with virtually no agression even at feeding time.
Just wanted to share this with those contemplating a similar tank size.
