Since my last post here , i have been moving ....the tank was moved 10 days ago , and up and running same day as i empty it in my old home .

before it was 3 sides with clear glass , now in my new home i had to paint the back side , because the tank stays to the wall , i choose to paint it black , and so far i am happy with that ...

all the fish , exsept 1 flame angel survived the moving . Most of the corals survived to , but have lost some colour on some of them . But overall it looks like it have gone better than i worried upfront the moving ...

so far i am running "bare bottom" i didn't take the risk of use the old sand in this restart ...

i used about 250 liters of my old water , and about 700 liters taken from the sea close to my home .

here follows a video taken 4-5 days after restart .

Good idea not to re-use the old sand. Get new sand, rinse it very well, and pour it down a 5 cm PVC pipe to exactly where you want it in your tank. That will help reduce clouding of the water.

Do you quarantine your corals? Without a photo it didn't happen (including a FTS, please).
