Glass. It is a standard size, so there is no reason to go acrylic.

well, I want to custom it because I want 60X36X20. That's not standard is it?

I'm torn.. Glass is too heavy and acrylic scratches too fast.

I am anti acrylic for display tanks all the way. You'll eventually bang the side with a rock when you rearrange the tank. Also the first time you get a grain of sand between the magnets youll have a nice scratch across the front.
