220g powerhead??

Hi I'm setting up a 220 and I'm wondering about in tank powerheads..

Would one wp60 be enough? This is a fowlr no coral, will have macro algaes and some plants like shaving brush..

Id like to have only one powerhead if possible as this will be a 3 sides viewable tank with the plumbing on the short side of the tank. So I wouldn't want opposite facing powerheads. I'm thinking one wp60 on pulse flow blowing upper half of the tank and hopefully blows hard enough to create a "loop" of flow as it bounces off the opposite side

You just can't really ever get away with a single powerhead. Especially in a 220g. If you go Jebao, you want the RW/PP/SW 20s. Always get at least two of anything.

I have one Jebao PP-8 on my new 90g with a pair of hydor power heads and I'm really happy with the flow and surface disturbance. Depending on hoe much rock you plan on having you could get away with a pair of these or if your flow is going to be restricted step up to the PP-15.

The Gyre is also a power house when it comes to flow. They come with an added price tag though.
