224g In Wall Finally Started March 08

Psyire, I am not sure. When I ordered the reflectors from Pacific Garden Supply David just sent these. Originally I wasn't going to go with the Actinics so I told David that I wanted something with some blue, he sent the 14K. There was no label on the bulb boxes, so it must have just been a house brand.

Sorry wrong code

Next I will work on the surround of the front of the display.
My skimmer is online now. Kalk and Calcium reactor will go up this weekend. Clean up crew will go in when I pick one up.
I am expecting to receive my Berghia nudibranchs today to put into my current coral holding tank which is full of aptasia. Once the aptasia are gone I will be moving coral from my old tank into this display.
I've got fish in quarantine ready to go.

Phosban Reactors are all set up.
Reactor 1 is Kent Reef Carbon 1.5 cups daisy chained reactor 2 has RowaPhos 150ml
Reactor 3 and 4 are the same setup.
I also tried to calibrate my PH probes for my aquatronica. I'm not sure I did them right, I also calibrated my Pinpoint PH and they are reading way different PH's.
I brought my CO2 online. I've been waiting for my second PH probe to arrive, so now I have to play with that. Correct me if I am wrong, I think I should see a drop in the PH of the Display?
I better get going the Dallas vs San Jose game is going into the 4th overtime.

Sounds like your making some progress..

How long have your pH probes been in the water?

The pH might drop, but if you aren't running your reactor hard it may not. (which I'm guessing you aren't seeing as there isn't much in the tank using up calcium) Also, if you have good gas exchange your water might not drop in pH too much.

My original probe has been in the water for about a month, the other one has only been in for 1 day.
I am running the CO2 1 bubble per second.
I am ready for a cleanup crew. I was thinking of just getting snails no crabs. Any opinions on that theory???

Personally I'd trust the pH probe that has been in there a month. It is best to let them 'break-in' for a few days and then calibrate them. I would try calibrating them both again in a couple days and hopefully they are closer together.

Just snails are fine. Some people never get crabs, however I like the Red Scarlets and I've had a bunch for almost 3 years without problem.

Nope, I haven't added any hermits or snails since my first batch which was almost three years ago. I've still got plenty of both so they've been living together just fine.

Third opinion, its the only hermit I keep in my tank anymore. Non-aggressive and look nice. Only problem I have is that at night they climb into my acros and sometimes don't leave for days, unfortunately by then some of the corals have grown so much that they can't squeeze their shells out anymore. Other then that their great.

Tank looks great BTW, nice job with the plumbing and flood protection.

Thanks for the opinions, I will be putting in my order shortly.
I am thinking of ordering 20 Red Scarlet Hermits, 20 Astrea Snails, and 20 Red Banded Turbo Snails.
The reason for so few is because I am bare bottom and am not sure that I can keep more of them alive. I hope to have a low algae environment.
My first fish order is 9 Blue Reef Chromis. Wow these aren't cheap, but I can't resist.
