225g, Question about flow, and Stocking....

I have found a smoking deal on a 72 long by 24 tall by 30 deep. A little smaller then the 72x30x30 that I was going to build.

I was looking at a deltec skimmer, marine pump on a 3 phase VFD controlled motor for the return/skimmer feed/reactor feeds.

Sump will be 60 long by 18 tall by 36 deep. Should give me lots of room for back flow when power is off and whatever else.
Sump will be in the room behind the tank, give me more room. Might have a small section where I will put frags in the sump, thinking external skimmer and reactors, so might have lots of empty space in the sump.

Anyways, onto my questions.
Right now I have 2 6055 tunze powerheads in my 90. I really like them. If I got 2 more, to make 4 6055's be enough flow?
Or maybe add a pair of 6125's to compliment my 6055's?
I like the controlability of the 6055's, but maybe have the two pulse and then the two 6125's just going would be better?
Or am I thinking way in the wrong direction?

And for stalking...
Right now I have a pair of semi snow clowns, a Regal Angel, A Chevron tang, and a yellow wrasse.
Tank will be a mixed reef.
How many fish can I really have in a 225?
And what are my best options? All I know is that my few fish look barren in my 90 gallon, so will really need to add some fish to make a 225 look nice.

Thanks,
