228 Gallon Build- Suggestions?

Hey all, I've been out of the aquarium game for a while but getting back into it. I am in the process of putting together a 228 gallon custom tank and need some suggestions on what equipment you think would be best.

The tank was custom made to act as a wall divider between 2 rooms so you can see the tank from both sides. The tank has been sitting there for 2 years empty and it's time to bring it back to life!

Rough Dimensions: L: 61" W: 24" H: 36" = about 228 gallons

Looking to get ideas on lighting, refugium, protein skimmer, return pump, and flow for the tank. I'm thinking LEDs not sure which type or how many, for refugium (not sure which size- gallons?) looking to have a skimmer (inside or outside? What kind?) with live rock and chaeto in the middle, an external return (not sure how many GPH or type), and maybe vortech MP40s but was told to check out the Maxspect Gyres. Maybe even a controller (not familiar with these) and doser.

There's also built in tubing that runs from the garage to the tank so simply just need to hook it to the 5 stage RODI and get a float valve for the autotop off.

Not trying to spend a fortune on top of the line products like Radions and super expensive things but at the same time want it done right. I understand you have to pay to play keeping in mind not going overboard either.

Let me know what you guys think, any suggestions would be very helpful. If anyone has equipment you think would work for this tank you're selling let me know as well.

Thanks!
