24g Aquapod-Fans are Loud?

Has anybody else had an issue with the fan being very loud? I have the PC Lighted one. Mine is 2-3x louder than most computer fans. I have heard some people say theirs are quiet and some say the same thing on it being loud. Has anybody tried replacing the fan with a quieter one? Any suggestions?

everyone is replacing the stock fan. its only 60mm, replace it with an 80mm and ad a 2nd 80mm in the open slot.
