I have 24g aquapod and i wanted to get some clowns for it but i have 2 tanks with clowns already. I was looking up youtube stuff and found a mantis shrimp a peacock or something. I was wondering if i could have a mantis in there or would it break the glass? ALso what mantis should i get for this tank? I really like the peacock's but im wondering what is the easiest to take care of because i dont know a whole lot about them. I know what to feed them and general marine tank care.

I think your tank would work great for most mantis species. It is very rare for even the strongest mantis to break glass and then it would have to be something like a large peacock or a chiragra. You will also need plenty of LR and rubble and maybe a PVC tube for your mantis. You should look at Dr. Roy's list re: type of mantis you want to house. If you go with a peacock, it would have to be a small one, 2- 2 1/2 in. and you would need to upgrade as it grows. Availability will dictate your decision a lot. Good luck. Your going to love it!
