I'm pretty sure this is 24W? I used it on a small fuge for a couple years. Brand is Finnex. I paid $60 or $70 for it new. It's got adjustable feet, can go 24" or a few inches smaller on both sides. Don't know exact length it can go, but I was using it for about 2 feet.
I cut into the top of it trying to modify it, but didn't get far. It does not effect it at all, I didn't cut any of he reflective aluminum on the underside. Works fine. Will throw in a brand new PC type bulb for this, worth about a whopping 7 bucks. It's a 6700k. I was growing microalgae just fine with this light. Does not have a protective shield, the light snaps in and is held with a clamp.
Asking $30 for the whole deal, new bulb, (unopened) and all.
