I am getting a 25 volt ac 10rpm motor im goiong to try a diy ocean motion style 2 way device. My question is, where do i find a 25v AC power supply. Or is this something that i can diy as well?

Lowes and HD carry 24v sprinkler timers and power supplies which may work for you.
