This video is from a few days ago, when I felt something was wrong. It's so eerie how the purple firefish is watching the clownfish pretty closely. The purple firefish had no interest in him until the clownfish started to act a little funny.
Now a few days later they seem to be very close (as the previous two videos show).
I know I'm probably personifying, but it almost seems like the purple firefish is showing empathy for the young clownfish in distress.

Those 2 don't look to far off from what the fish in my 14g Bio cube used to do. I upgraded those fish to a bigger tank so I could do less water changes on the little tank and the cube sits with some corals in it. You may want to try something to entice the eating? Some people use some garlic to flavor the flakes to get them to eat. Also at this point have you done any more water changes since the last 1? I feel the need to mention too....your tank is AMAZINGLY clean I didn't see a spec of algae of any kind. I'm impressed that you have those results with no copper in the tank.

So after all that, the clownfish has made a full recovery. He is eating and back to his normal self.
I did add some "stress reliever" to the tank that is supposed to remove heavy metals etc, but it could just be a coincidence that he bounced back. I have no idea.
I kind of want to get a replacement shrimp for the one that died, but I have no clue why he died and don't want to go through that again so quickly.

I would recommend a 99 cent hermit(red and blue tip usually) to test then if you are unsure. If he doesn't make it at least it wasn't too expensive. If he does survive then the shrimp should be able to handle it as well. You could also do a snail of your choosing. Any but a turbo unless you want to feed the snail in that crisp clean tank. Good luck with it though, I would recommend getting the stuff to make your own water though. Aqua buddie RODI and a Refractometer is about all you need. Its probably easier than the fish store and its pretty fast to make yourself.
