250 or 400 When to call it

At what water depth would you say it's a no brainer to go 400W

I have ordered a new tank. 78l X 36w X 30Tall Planning Luminarc reflectors mixed LPS SPS. 99% SPS I started off thinking 250s but now I'm really leaning toward 400s.
This will be supplemented by T5s

30 tall.......I would go with the 400's

I would get 400s if you don't mind the extra electricity usage.
