You must be copying me, lol. I have the same tank. Here's what I have.

Currently running a MSX250 but just got a Bubbleking 300 supermarin.
Currently have a 75g sump but I'm upgrading to a 100+ to accomadate the new skimmer.
2-250watt radiums, dual 250watt galaxy ballast, lumenmax elite reflectors, tek retro 4- 48" 54watt ATI blue+ bulbs (might add one or two true actinics).
My stand is roughly 41" tall and the canopy is approx. 19" tall.
I'm also running 2 mp40's and I'll be adding two more powerheads to the back wall.

Mostly SPS.

I'm doing the two island design right under the reflectors. The bottom of the reflectors sit about 12" from the water. The spread is terrific. Only dead spot is in the middle where the brace is.

I'm running two seperate 2 bulb t5 retros. One ballast has one front, one back and vice versa. Figured it was the best way to simulate dusk/dawn.
I also plan on adding moonlights but haven't gotten there yet.

So what do think so far? Lighting seems to be the question here..

Lighting is awesome! I had the radiums on a bluewave7 ballast but didn't like the color as much. I have pretty much all SPS and they are growing like crazy and I've never seen them have better color. I actually bleached out a few pieces from too much light. I had to move them down a bit.

LL, Great for viewing and I can still reach the bottom of tank without a stool (a must).

Got the t5's fired up tonight but, couldn't find the 2 blue+ bulbs, must be in the attic.

T5 only FTS pic 3-03's, 1-KZ figi purple.
