250g Fish Recommendation list please

I have a friend who is starting to stock her tank, she currently has a yellow tang and a blue tang.

Looking for a purple tang along the way.

But I have no clue what other fish she'd want.
What fish would you put in here and why?

A shoal of green chromis, at least 20
A shoal of cardinalfish, red-lined, threadfin (not bangaii they do not shoal) at least 20, the threadfins really shoal nicely in and out of corals
A group of anthias would be nice (but both them and the chromis are planktivores and need to be fed often) bartletts are your best bet (hardiest) then lyretail and I have had great luck with the stocky anthias.
Fairy and flasher wrasse are awesome. I like lubbocks (they can be kept in groups and are very colorful, lots of varients too) and carpenters, filament and mckosker flashers are really nice.
In a 250 show fish like blueface angels, majestic, goldflake and regal (red sea) are really beautiful. These are harder to care for and can be riskly reef inhabitants however.
Less risky are some of the dwarf angelfish, flame, coral beauty, pygmy, rusty, etc. In fact if you could get a harem of flame angels that would look awesome.
Harlequin Tuskfish (if you don't care about motile invertebrates) are really nice, hardy and eye-catching. They can eat small fish, but are not particularly good at it.
Niger, blueface, cross-hatch (expensive) and pink-tail triggers are really nice. Nigers get very big, but the blueface and cross hatch are not too enormous.
I know some may laugh at this, but I really like yellow tail blue damsels. Pretty, cheap and you can have a bunch of them (in fact a bunch is better than three or four).
Firefish, purple firefish, barred gobbies, scissortail gobies (dartfish all actually) are nice and easy to keep. In a 250 you should be able to get away with decent number of each type. The barred and scissortails will shoal together.
just some ideas

i would stick with small species if she is going to have 3 tangs in there.

the cardinal idea would be really nice.

also, look into leopard wrasses, tamarins, fairies are a fun fish to have since they are active, various gobies, maybe a yellow wrasse (Halichoeres chrysus) for pest control - and they stay small.

many things you can do, but keep it simple and dont stock to fast :)

JMO:
Chromis don't always play nice in groups.
Really like the cardinal idea.
Anthias would also work great; remember to deworm them.
Fairies and flashers are great.
Any angelfish (except Genicanthus species) may or may not pick at corals. The larger ones may also have trouble adapting.
Harlequin tusks will most likely eat hermits, etc., but not always. Plus they're really cool.
Nigers get really mean when they're big. They're sold tiny and cute when they're also really nice. Blueface/bluejaw/bluechins are planktivores and are guaranteed not to eat corals. The tank is not big enough for a crosshatch. Pink-tails may not always be reef-safe, but they're generally considered safer than others.
Certain damsels can do really well in shoals.
Firefish can be kept in a small number in a tank that size, but they'll avoid each other.

All in all, I agree for the most part with his ^ post.
